PROLOG / PROGNOZ
The graffito form is ancient as the city of man; and illuminates, still, the mud walls of the Bolivian campo, the bullet-shattered walls of Baghdad, and the migrant outskirts of Paris.
I post these texts here so others can select phrases at will—to write as graffiti; or to wed to images, print on sheets, and secure on walls with wheatpaste.
Unless I have indicated a source in brackets, texts are mine. Should you reproduce a text, it is yours.

[‘At that time [[c. 1922]], there was a poster around Berlin that read—Berlin, your dancer is death.’ Fritz Lang, in a 1964 interview for the German television programme Zum Beispiel Fritz Lang.]
